Are lab costs included in the program price?

Most clients invest between $300 and $800 in labs over the course of their program. If we're not, we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

How long does the initial intake process take?

After enrolling, you'll complete a comprehensive health history questionnaire (typically 45–60 minutes) and a three-day food and symptom journal. Your first full appointment is a 90-minute deep-dive session where we review everything together, discuss your lab orders, and begin building your personalized protocol. Appointment frequency depends on your program. In the ROOT Discovery program, you'll have two structured appointments. In ROOT Transformation, we typically meet every three to four weeks over six months, with messaging support between sessions. ROOT Concierge clients have access to scheduling as needed, with no set cadence — we meet as often as your progress requires.
